I bought a new nail polish this weekend called Rainbow in the S-Kylie by O.P.I. as part of their Kardashian Kolor Collection. Although it was a little tricky to apply (I wanted full coverage) I really like the overall effect which would work well to jazz up a neutral outfit. It would also work well as a glitter coat on top of a coloured polish. I finished it off with a coat of Seche Vite, which I think it the best top coat I have tried; not only does it dry incredibly fast, it also prevents chips.
